Mineral springs
The mountains of Armenia are rich in springs of healing mineral waters, on the basis of which the resort towns are built. We offer not only sanatorium rest, but also, surely, travels through Armenia, visiting the developed and “wild” mineral springs – and there are a lot of them in Armenia.
In the picturesque wooded mountains, in the valley of the River Agstev one of the most famous resorts of the country, Dilijan is located. The waters of Dilijan are similar in their properties to the waters of the resorts of Borjomi (Georgia) and Vichy (France).
Only 20 km to the north of Yerevan in the ravine of the Hrazdan River you can find Arzni Resort. Its mineral waters were used for healing purposes even in antiquity.
In the region of Vayots Dzor, at a height of more than 2000 m, there is a balneological and climatic high-altitude resort Jermuk.
Jermuk
Jermuk is undoubtedly the most popular balneological resort in Armenia. In addition to the mineral springs, the region is rich in historical and natural monuments, beautiful landscapes.
The Vorotan River
The gorge of the Vorotan River: natural monument “Devil’s Bridge” is just a short distance away from the historical monument, the most beautiful Tatev Monastery (IX century).
Dilijan
The city of Dilijan became known for its beloved film: “You open the tap in the kitchen, the water flows, it ranks the second place in the world…”. The mineral water “Dilijan” is no worse.
