Rest on the water

Rest on the water

Nairi is the ancient name of Armenia, translated as “Country of the Rivers”. And this name is not accidental. In mountainous Armenia there is really a huge number of rivers, large and small lakes, springs, waterfalls … All this natural wealth allows us to develop and offer all kinds of active recreation programs on the water, including swimming, diving (including mountainous), riding and management of various kinds of vessels, including sailing, fun and motor and, of course, fishing.
Naturally, the “highlight” of this kind of travel is and remains highland (2000 m.) Lake Sevan.
All conditions for quality rest are created here. The objects of tourist infrastructure are adjacent to absolutely “wild” places, which makes Sevan an exceptionally unique place for active recreation.

Lake
Sevan

Sevan is one of the largest high-mountain freshwater lakes in the world and a “visiting card” of Armenia. Here you can swim, fish or ride a sailboat.

River trout

Fishing in the waters of a rapid mountain river sometimes seems like a real hunt. But the result is worth it. River trout is a real delicacy for true gourmets.

Lake
Goshi

The beautiful Lake Goshi is located in the Dilijan Reserve. And although buses do not run here, you can reach the lake on foot, on horses, by bicycles or an off-road vehicle.
